Privacy Agreement

Yike (Tianjin) International Human Resources Co., Ltd. ("Yike", "we") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Agreement explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. By ticking the box on a registration or enquiry form you agree to it. 1. What we collect The details you enter on our forms: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, education and work history, desired job type and city, and any documents you upload, such as your CV, degree certificates, police clearance, passport and photo. For employers: organisation name, contact person, contact details and recruitment needs. 2. Why we use it To match you with suitable posts or candidates, to communicate with you through your consultant, to prepare work permit, visa and residence permit applications, and to follow up on a placement until it is complete. 3. Who we share it with Only with the employers, universities and partner organisations involved in your placement, and with the government offices that need your documents to process permits and visas. Details are shared once you are put forward for a post. We do not sell personal information. 4. How long we keep it and how we protect it We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires. Access is limited to our consultants and documents team, and uploaded files are stored on secured servers. 5. Your rights You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete your file. Write to hr@yikerenli.com or talent@yikerenli.com, or tell your consultant. 6.
